Forestal Argentina participated in Posadas, Misiones, in the seminar organized within the framework of the 80th anniversary of the Argentine Forestry Association (AFOA), a gathering that brought together representatives from the public and private sectors to analyze investment opportunities, competitiveness, and the main challenges of the Argentine forestry industry.
During the event, the Director of Corporate Affairs and President of Forestal Argentina, Adrián Salvatore, participated in the panel “New Investments and Value Addition” (Nuevas Inversiones y Agregado de Valor), where he shared the company’s vision on the sector’s growth potential and the initiatives it promotes to advance the industrialization and comprehensive utilization of forest resources.
Among the projects presented, the development of a new sawmill in Corrientes stood out, an initiative aimed at deepening Forestal Argentina’s vertical integration and advancing the generation of greater added value from its forestry production.
Participation in this meeting allowed for the exchange of perspectives with different leading figures in the field and addressed the necessary conditions to boost the development of the Argentine forestry industry, promoting new investments, greater added value, and opportunities for regional economies.
